Brooklyn born, Staten Island raised son of teachers.

For 16 years I’ve worked for Military Sealift Command, deck union AMO, private industry and deck union MMP as a 3rd Mate deck officer thru Captain and have sailed inland and deep sea.

Currently employed as an apprentice with the Delaware Bay and River Pilots.

I hope to bring recent union deck officer experience or guidance to the cadets as they forge their own paths and learn about the current state of their training and how to best serve their needs.
